HW will only have less than 20. Besides, 3com really has not much left if without H3C joint venture which will be expired in 2008. You know HW's competitive ability. Moreover, it is a relatively small deal with a price tag of $2.2 billion.
3com has never come back since its swallow of $6 billion plus u.s. robotics based in Chicago. One wrong big move can certainly wipe you out! A wrong deal in the wrong time with a wrong price. (I mean U.S. Robotics deal)
