1. Send a few emails to the seller asking when they will ship your order, if no reply after two days,
2. Log into your ebay account and find the contact information with phone number. eBay will automatically email you their contact information if you are the buyer. Then try to call them if possible.
3. In the meantime, you may also tell them if no reply, you will leave negative feedback for them.
4. If still no reply, you are almost certain to be cheated. If you paid by credit card thru paypal, you are still probablly fine. File a charge back to your credit card company and notify paypal on this purchase. In most cases, you are covered. Unless the seller can provide delivery confirmation or tracking information that the order is delivered, you will get your money back. If you wired cash or paid by other means, you may not get your money back.
That's why you should pay by credit card every time you shop online.
