Overall Purpose of the Role:
To lead a team to provide production support to customer and work on development project.
Responsibilities:
Lead a 5-10 support team to provide production support to end user, including:
- Incident management
- Change management
- Client support
Manage development project which may cover:
- Systems Analysis and Design
- Technical Analysis and Design
- Development and Testing
- Implementation and System rollout Support
- Post-implementation problem solving & Ad-hoc Application issues
Qualifications/Experience
• Minimum 1 year experience of team lead
• Strong communication skills and good command of spoken and written English
• Familiar with SDLC
• Familiar with at least 2 major technology used in enterprise environment, like Unix, Java, Lotus, MS VB, MS Access…
•
Desirable Skills:
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Experience in production support
