FIGHTING AGAINST THE MOTHER NATURE, SENDING THOSE EXPENSIVELY TRAINED TOP GIs INTO KNOWN DANGER OF AFTER SHOCKS AND UNDER SEVERE WEATHER IS THE SAME AS SENDING THEM TO HELL!!!
Saving lives are important, but those are lives as well.
And I don't think any plan similar to the movie "Saving Private Ryan" is a practical or feasible plan---it's just a movie!
Besides, what kind of tools can they carry for the rescue?!
