today, due to the government takeover of the both Fs ?? The market was just needing an excuse to be up. Stupid market. Of course it did help my portfolio value. Don't get me wrong. Mad

Nothing was really changed except the uncertainty of takeover or no takeover was gone now. However, think about it. If I could help it, I would postpone such takeover to the next governent; it was only two months away. I think Mr. Paulson was trying to avoid this until he could no longer postpone it. Is there something he knew and I didn't know? Of course. Mad

Such cases of moral hazard will happen again and again until the music finally stops and the tax payers money runs out. Who will be the next needing the government bailout?? GM? Ford? Chrysler? Washington Mutural? other banks? Lehman?

Such patten of rescue with the puplic's money will never help people learn from their mistakes, being more financially responsible and less greedy for themselves and more cautious dealing with OPM.
