Two years ago the market was flooded with cash; it was so much cash flowing around that people didn't know how to spend it wisely!! I think Mr. Greenspan made a mistake during dotcom crisis by letting the rate remain too low and too long! That was a great "easy money" time.
Now everyone is paying for the price!!
You know what is the root cause of the problem?? America as a nation, American companies as well as individuals, borrow way too much money and no savings.
