Manufacturing Engineer
Mission of Function:
• In charge of the industrialization and set up of production of product in term of layout, and technical production support. Supplier qualification in them of process and sample qualification
Responsibility:
• Industrialization project planning
• Supplier qualification in term of sample qualification and process qualification
• Define, planning and qualification of production workflow
• Define, planning and qualification production layout
• Define technical specification, planning and qualification production equipment
• Manufacturing organization such as production capacity, production cost, productivity
• Production instruction
• Define and maintain production routines management, BOM in SAP
• Technical product change management , CADIM
• Technical documentation for production
Techniques Skills:
• Production engineering
• Mechanical drawing knowledge
• Mechanical tooling equipment
• Production technology
• Project management
• SAP
Experience:
• Involvement in projects
• Above 5 years relevant experience;
Ability:
• high responsibility -
• have a deep knowledge of business and its process
• high initiative
• high study ability
• communication skill
• push things to an end effectively
• professional technology skill
Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Good in speaking and written English
• IT tools & method
