POSITION: Greater China Learning & Development Director
The Role
To provide HR and Learning and Development strategic direction and support to the senior lmanagement team by creating a high performance team.
Take full leadership and accountability for the Learning and Development (L&D) implementation across the company extensive portfolio of businesses.
The person
You are extremely dynamic enthusiastic and a natural influencer who is able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. As a highly driven individual, who has real presence, you recognise the importance of listening in order to deliver tangible solutions. You have a very high attention to detail which means you execute to the highest standards.
The Requirements
8-10 years experience in L&D. Pharmaceutical or Consumer Goods experience is essential, as with a minimum of 3 years of delivering L&D solutions at a stratigic level. A proven ability in implementing L&D operations to large Multinational Companies with Sales Teams, taking existing solutions and deeply embed them in the structure and culture.

Undertaken a range of HR roles including operational and specialist HR services
Demonstrated experience in leading blue chip organisations through significant change programme
Multi site management experience
Focus on delivery and customer service
Build effective relationships
Drive and resilience
Strong influencing and decision making skills
People management and development
Strategic and commercial focus
Leadership
Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, trade union experience
Ability to travel across sites on a regular basis.
Desirable skills/experience:
Experience of working in a sales and R&D enviornment.
This is a substantial role, requiring a proven ability in understanding the fundamentals of HR and the importance of people development to optimise overall organisational performance.
