I will be back - this famous one actually suits Chinese GUAN CHANG the most!
if you pay a close attention, you will notice that those who stepped down in SARS, eventually came back later on. but one of them - Meng Xuenong, if I got it right, stepped down again as the vice-provincial governor (not 100% sure if this title is correct in English) due to serious mining accidents, will he come back again? who knows...
as of this guy in Nanjing, poor him, what if the photographer zoomed in a little bit more when he took the picture? then we would not be able to see the corner of the cigarettes, and nothing would have happened.
will he be back?! I am pretty sure he will.
due to his level, there won't be any further news on his' coming back.
folks in Nanjing, please help to follow up.
