Responsibilities
 Working with U.S. IT group to develop the global IT network infrastructure among cross nation sites. The tasks include:
 Local network architecture optimization
 QoS strategy design and implementation
 Distributed storage strategy design and implementation
 Global Domain strategy design and implementation
 Global VOIP system design and implementation
 Design, implement and maintain the system infrastructure based on the BBND global IT requirements. This will include systems for development, installment, backup, disaster recovery.
 Install, configure, administrate MS Windows/Linux/Unix server and workstation OS.
 Performs system backups and recovery.
 Install, configure and maintain business software and hardware.
 Identify, diagnose and debug problems related to OS, review, install and validate OS patches including lab and developers desktop.
 Monitor system performance, ensure security of all systems.
 Document system setups, write user manuals.
 Accept other assignment as deemed necessary by management.

Minimum Required
 A Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering.
 Demonstrated strong ability to build and manage complex infrastructure technologies (Network QoS, distributed storage, VOIP) and analytical problem solving capabilities.
 Extensive knowledge and experience in operation and maintenance of a Server Infrastructure based on Intel Platforms (cluster, SAN, RAID array, etc) and MS Windows server operating systems.
 Experience as an IT Systems Engineer and Administrator.
 Hands-on experience with Windows Operating Systems, Exchange, and Active Directory and Microsoft Office implementations.
 Prior hands-on experience with enterprise backup systems and network storage devices, such as Pillar.
 Team-oriented. Proficient in writing and speaking English.
Preferred Experience
 The CCIE certification would be a very strong plus.
 2+ year WOFE IT working experience.
