However, as a reasonable and prudent person, how can the court or a jury decide at which point of time during an intimacy, a woman's "no" really means "no"? After all, we are not talking about an obvious case of a rape act, but an act in the context of a sexual intimacy.
I tend to believe that once aroused by the consent to an intercourse, the male primal urge IS close to a bullet fired.
Only personal opinion, not in defense of these three officials in the current Deng case. Deng acted in self defense and she repeatedly refused any consent for any "special services".
