It is very hard to find a place to do deep cleaning in China. In the US, you can go to any periodontist and ask for deep cleaning
For root canel, you can do it either in the US or China. China may have an edge on this one.
For missing teeth, you may want to consider implant. Here, US is definitely better. It maybe a little expensive but it will last a life time. Also it will not damage the teeth next to them.
