3) At least 1 year Client Interfacing experience
4) At least 1 year software development/testing project management experience
5) Working experience in international enterprise is preferred
Industry Domain： Strong domain knowledge of Banking or Insurance is preferred
Technical Skills： 1) Good understanding of software engineering and process
2) Good understanding of testing methodologies and techniques
3) Skilled in prepare Test Strategy/Plan
4) Strong test case design methodology and technique
5) Good documentation and reporting skill
6) Skilled in at least one widely used automation or performance testing tool
7) Familiar with at least one well known defect tracing tool
Coding experience is preferred
Management Skills： 1) Strong project planning, executing and monitoring skill
2) Strong leadership in project execution
3) Knows well about estimation methodology and technique
4) A good team motivator
5) Good understanding of CMMI and ISO
6) Strong presale and presentation ability is preferred

Detail Job Description： 1) Help in presale activity by preparing technical proposal
2) Prepare efforts estimation and resource plan for project
3) Interact with client or onsite anchor during project execution
4) Prepare Test Strategy/Plan
5) Predict and manage project risks
6) Design propitiate tasks breakdown and assign tasks
7) Design test cases/scenarios for IT, ST, UAT, RT or performance testing
Design automation testing framework
9) Provide training/mentoring for team members according to project needs
10) Motivate team to reach high performance
11) Evaluate team members performance and guide them to improve
12) Support unit level initiatives, such as recruitment or process improvement
