I am working for an US fortune 500 company operating in Fujian, China. Due to unexpected expansions in our business, we are in search of qualified candidates as follows. Position Description -Process Improvement Team Leader
Job Descriptions
l Manage a team of engineers and technicians to improve process throughout and yield in the following areas (related areas will be considered also):
- both optical components and crystal products fabrication, such as cutting, grinding, polishing, cleaning, crystal growing, and etc.
l Resolve issues in yield, efficiency, and quality in production environment
l Work/collaborate with a number of other departments, such as manufacturing engineering, production, quality control, planning and sales
Qualifications
l Minimum 3-year experiences in optical components or precision machinery manufacturing, or other related industrial experience
l Proven record in people management and project management
l Minimum 2-year work experiences in European or US invested manufacturing company
l Bachelor’s degree or above, in engineering
l Good English skills
Position Description -Senior Process Engineer
Job Descriptions
l Independently work on optical components and crystal products process to improve efficiency
l May lead activities on a number of projects
l Work and collaborate with engineers of different areas and related departments in the operations
l Write process related documentation for volume production
Qualifications
l Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
l Extensive experience in optical and/or crystal fabrication including cutting,
grinding, polishing, cleaning and packaging (Extensive experience in related manufacturing industry will be considered too)
l Good interpersonal and communication skills
l Experience in project management is a plus
Position Description –Metrology Team Leader
Job Descriptions
l Manage a team of metrology engineers to support QA in the final inspection and process inspection of optical component fabrication.
l Work/collaborate with a number of other departments, such as manufacturing engineering, production, quality control, planning in analysis of yield and quality issues
l Drive improvement and development in product testing
l Lead Gage R&R and maintenance of optic test instruments.
Qualifications
l Bachelor’s degree or above in Optics, or Metrology
l Minimum 3-year experiences in optical components or precision machinery manufacturing.
l Above 2-year experiences in European or US invest manufacturing company is preferred.
l Good interpersonal and project management skills.
l Good English skills.
Position Description –Metrology Engineer
Job Description
l Provide technical support to final inspection and process inspection of QA.
l Develop existing inspection instruments for test needs.
l Design new test instruments for new requirements.
l Work closely with team members in Manufacturing Engineering, QA and Production for problem solving in yield and quality.
l Write work instructions of product testing
l Work on preventative maintenance and Gage R&R of test instruments.
Qualifications
l A bachelor’s degree or above in optic or metrology.
l Over 2-year experiences in inspection/test in optical product fabrication.
l Good understanding in ZYGO and λ900 instruments is preferred.
l English reading and writing skills are required.
Position Description –Senior Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
l Organize and direct maintenance and trouble-shootings of machinery and equipment
l Write machine safe operating procedures and maintenance instructions
l Work closely with team members in manufacturing engineering, production and planning for major issues in yield, efficiency, quality, safety in daily operations.
l Lead process equipment design and machine modification.
Qualifications
l Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering
l Minimum 5-year experiences in maintenance of machine tools.
l 2-year experiences in European or US invested manufacturing company is preferred.
l Good interpersonal and project management skills.
l Good English skills.
Position Description –Electrical Engineer
Job Description
l Work with maintenance team members together to well maintain machines and equipment in factory.
l Work on machine trouble-shootings.
l Modify machine and equipment.
l Write safe operating procedures of machine and equipment
Qualifications
l Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
l Minimum 2 years experiences in maintenance of machine and equipment.
l Trouble-shooting experience in PLC
l Good understanding in CNC machine and coating machine is preferred.
l Comprehensive knowledge of electronics is preferred.
l Project management skill is preferred.
l Good English skills in reading and writing.
Position Description –Electronic Engineer
Purpose and Expectation
l Provide technical support in trouble-shooting of test instruments.
l Work closely with coating process engineer in trouble-shooting of coating machine.
l Work with metrology engineers to develop existing inspection instruments for test needs.
l Design new electronic instruments for new requirements.
Qualifications
l Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics.
l Minimum 2 years experiences in maintenance and trouble-shootings of electronic instruments and equipment.
l Understanding of electrics is preferred
l Good English skills in reading and writing.
