in Western without universal health care. Millions of American can't afford medical insurances . Even more American who purchased medical insurances had to file bankruptance due to skyrocketing medical copay or inusrance benefit denial , because HMO deems so many operations and medications as exprimentals, thus not covered. Health care reform is necessary and crucial for this country properousness. Especially after 10 years,caring for aging baby boomers is going to the heaviest burden of society!
Sadly to say, US governancy makes new immigrant life much much tougher than before. The conservative protest immigration reform for both illegal and legal residency and make new immigrant life miserable. Without millions of new immigrants' contribution, US is losing its competitive edge and directions. Closing the American door to new immigrant more or less contributed 2007 subprime crisis and then the global economic crsis. Without immigrations, US won't sustain its suporior power too long
