PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Office Administration
－ Provide secretarial support to the team
－ General documentation work and office administration work
Search Project Support
－ Data Input
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh graduate or bachelor degree with sound academic record
Specializing in Engineering and Computer studies are preferred
Administration experience is preferred
Good spoken/written/listening skills in English is essential
High level of integrity and discretion
Proficient in using internet and data research
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Positive attitude; Willingness to learn; Patient; Team player; “can-do” attitude; Able to work under pressure and stand frustration; responsible; collaborative
Work independently and a good team player
