Also, I am wondering if any successful returnees can give any suggestions in how to find a partner at any local cities. I have heard so many stories about unsuccessful and bitter collaborations between the local people and the returnees. A lot of my friends try to persuade me not to go. I have a good technology but have no money. How can I find a win/win type collaboration?

Your help is appreciated.
