Technical & QA Manager

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

 Responsibility for Company quality performance

Report the summary of internal and external quality status weekly to Operational Manager

Make company wide continue quality improvement program

 Quality System

Make sure company quality system to be implemented and maintained.

Provide quality system training

 In-process quality control

Plan and audit in-house process

Handle NC report and make further improvement

 Vendor development and control

Develop present vendor

Qualify new vendor to meet our quality requirement

 Customer complaint disposal

Lead and close customer complaint.

Plan regular customer visit for continue quality improvement.

 New Article First Time Through

Derive plan to achieve one time submission pass to customer

To manage and communicate with customer on the acceptance criteria in cases of unclear specifications

Work with Sales department to effectively communicate with customer on the limitations and cost of manufacturing for high difficulty part

 Documentation Housekeeping

Derive plan for documentation system to ensure proper drawings are updated and filed

Ensure PFD, FMEA, CP are duly updated and filed

Ensure no documentation error for new product development phase

 Optimizing quality controlling system and continuously improvement

 Providing continuous training to QC people

Preferred Education & Experience :

 Minimum bachelor in mechanical.

 Minimum 5 years in QA environment. Preference to be form internal promotion, and skills in office application.

 Shall be self-motivated person with drive, determination to make things happen

 Accurate and system approach mentality
