6) Delivery Manager for Middleware & DB service Line- Shenzhen
Job Description:
1. Leading Middleware & DB delivery team:
- Ensure the services provided by this team is meeting the requirements and expectations defined in the contract with customers
- Manage team spirit and morale; continuously improve technical skills and operational skills in order to deliver better quality services
- Ensure the operation processes and working instructions are exactly followed, and compliance with company policies and other regulations.
- Focus on quality, productivity, efficiency service delivery to achieve client satisfactory.
2. Keep smooth communication channel with customers, manage the expectation and conduct necessary negotiations.
3. Setup scalable resources and skills capability to meet business growth
4. Self-motivated, passion to enhance management capability
5. Willing to take challenge workload and drive continual improvement
Qualifications:
1. High Japanese skill, better to have oversea work experience in Japan
2. 8+ years of experience in IT, with over 1 year in a managerial capacity
3. 5+ years with middleware & db related experience
2. Bachelor or above, major in computer science or engineering;
3. Candidate with IT outsourcing background is preferred；
5. Strong leadership, problem solving and communications skills;
6. Fluent English communication skill, written and spoken
