are only paid for less than 3000 Yuan a month.
I placed a few help wanted ads almost everywhere (major sites in China), but we just received 3 replys (not most qualified.) On other end, I keep hearing people saying on this board that HGs couldn't find jobs, or took pays less than 3000RMB. I am very confused. Does everyone have to get a job in Shanghai? If your answer is NO, would you give Fuzhou a try?
The ads listed below are at least paid 5,000 Yuan a month plus benifits. Two major positions (Coating engineer and Cleaning Engineer with Ultrasonic experiences) are subject to US packages. If you are interested AND qualified in the the field I listed, please send me your resume and let's talk.

Position Description -Process Improvement Team Leader
Job Descriptions
Manage a team of engineers and technicians to improve process throughput and yield in the following areas (related areas will be considered also):
- both optical components and crystal products fabrication, such as cutting, grinding, polishing, cleaning, crystal growing, and etc.
Resolve issues in yield, efficiency, and quality in production environment
Work/collaborate with a number of other departments, such as manufacturing engineering, production, quality control, planning and sales
Qualifications
Minimum 3-year experiences in optical components or precision machinery manufacturing, or other related industrial experience
Proven record in people management and project management
Minimum 2-year work experiences in European or US invested manufacturing company
Bachelor’s degree or above, in engineering
Good English skills
Position Description -Senior Process Engineer
Job Descriptions
Independently work on optical components and crystal products process to improve efficiency
May lead activities on a number of projects
Work and collaborate with engineers of different areas and related departments in the operations
Write process related documentation for volume production
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
Extensive experience in optical and/or crystal fabrication including cutting,
grinding, polishing, cleaning and packaging (Extensive experience in related manufacturing industry will be considered too)
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in project management is a plus
Position Description –Metrology Team Leader
Job Descriptions
Manage a team of metrology engineers to support QA in the final inspection and process inspection of optical component fabrication.
Work/collaborate with a number of other departments, such as manufacturing engineering, production, quality control, planning in analysis of yield and quality issues
Drive improvement and development in product testing
Lead Gage R&R and maintenance of optic test instruments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Optics, or Metrology
Minimum 3-year experiences in optical components or precision machinery manufacturing.
Above 2-year experiences in European or US invest manufacturing company is preferred.
Good interpersonal and project management skills.
Good English skills.
Position Description –Metrology Engineer
Job Description
Provide technical support to final inspection and process inspection of QA.
Develop existing inspection instruments for test needs.
Design new test instruments for new requirements.
Work closely with team members in Manufacturing Engineering, QA and Production for problem solving in yield and quality.
Write work instructions of product testing
Work on preventative maintenance and Gage R&R of test instruments.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or above in optic or metrology.
Over 2-year experiences in inspection/test in optical product fabrication.
Good understanding in ZYGO and λ900 instruments is preferred.
English reading and writing skills are required.
Position Description –Senior Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
Organize and direct maintenance and trouble-shootings of machinery and equipment
Write machine safe operating procedures and maintenance instructions
Work closely with team members in manufacturing engineering, production and planning for major issues in yield, efficiency, quality, safety in daily operations.
Lead process equipment design and machine modification.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering
Minimum 5-year experiences in maintenance of machine tools.
2-year experiences in European or US invested manufacturing company is preferred.
Good interpersonal and project management skills.
Good English skills.
Position Description –Electrical Engineer
Job Description
Work with maintenance team members together to well maintain machines and equipment in factory.
Work on machine trouble-shootings.
Modify machine and equipment.
Write safe operating procedures of machine and equipment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Minimum 2 years experiences in maintenance of machine and equipment.
Trouble-shooting experience in PLC
Good understanding in CNC machine and coating machine is preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of electronics is preferred.
Project management skill is preferred.
Good English skills in reading and writing.
Position Description –Electronic Engineer
Purpose and Expectation
Provide technical support in trouble-shooting of test instruments.
Work closely with coating process engineer in trouble-shooting of coating machine.
Work with metrology engineers to develop existing inspection instruments for test needs.
Design new electronic instruments for new requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in electronics.
Minimum 2 years experiences in maintenance and trouble-shootings of electronic instruments and equipment.
Understanding of electrics is preferred

Cleaning Process Engineer

Minimum of 5 years experience in optical components cleaning processing and related equipment engineering

Duties will include process development in optical components cleaning processes including optical substrate and component ultrasonic cleaning and wiping. Duties also include process development in cleaning area. Continuous yield and throughput improvement in these areas by utilizing problem solving skills.
Main responsibilities will include:
o Develop and sustain the processes in cleaning process areas.
o Evaluate and improve the current processes or develop the new processes to reduce process variations and improve product yield
o Drive or support FMEA, DOE, and SPC efforts during development and production phases. Establish Cause and Effect diagrams that will be used in out of control action plan (OCAP) documentation.
o Compile product manufacturing process documentation.
o Teamwork is emphasized, so extremely good cross functional team participation and leadership skills are required.
