This is the key to the equation and few can grapple with it.
Apparently the need to deploy the capital from cashing out R.E is huge, and naturally it will flow into those most speculative yet liquid assets, e.g. commodities and energies and even jeans, anything that can be stocked up easily and resell dearly later.
soon we will see official price control of many stuffs in China.
Tree is the expectation of 'China story'.
We all know the down slope is a very fast track.
