Mildred Patricia Baena a.k.a "Patty" Baena has the Internet buzzing today. Patty as she is known to family and friends is said to be the woman with whom Arnold Schwarzenegger fathered a child out of wedlock. Almost exactly one decade ago Arnold found out he sired a child with the family housekeeper.
Major news organization are identifying Mildred Patricia "Patty" Baenaas as the woman who gave birth to Arnold's illegitimate son. Patty, who is 50 now, didn't tell Arnold, who is 63 now, about their son until the child was a toddler. Arnold, in turn, never bothered to share this bit of information with wife, Maria Shriver, 55, until a few months ago. The boy, whose name has not been disclosed as he is a minor, is now around 14 years old.
Patty retired as the family housekeeper in January. She lives in a four bedroom house in a Los Angeles suburb. While Arnold is said to have been "generous" financially to help raise his son. Baena is close to losing her house due to a lien placed on it by a security company.
How could Maria have missed this? And I thought she was a journalist...
As for Patty Baena, is no longer married—she initially told her friends, family and employers that her then-husband, whom she divorced in 2008, was the father of her child—has three other children, with whom she lives outside of Los Angeles. It is unclear when or if the teenager was informed of the identity of his real father, though Schwarzenegger has been giving financial support to the boy
