入境旅游操作
1）工作内容 ：
具备基本的旅行线路设计和旅行产品策划能力，能够自主为CnAdventure开拓新的旅行产品
操作和管理某一旅行产品的实施
全英文接听国外客户的咨询电话和回复邮件, 敏锐捕捉客人旅行倾向，为客人的要求设计个性化的旅行方案
收集并整理 CnAdventure中的旅行产品的有关信息，协助旅行产品的实施
2）职位要求：
英语听说流利，写作技巧娴熟，英语专业八级
办公软件&Photoshop
非常热爱户外活动和责任心强，做事有条理
具备旅行线路设计和旅行产品策划能力，能够自主为CnAdventure开拓新的旅行产品
有服务意识，团队精神
特别优先：
1，热爱旅游，有徒步、穿越、自助旅游经验，对中国著名的旅游城市及旅游路线熟悉者；
2，第二外语为德语法语专业；
ob description - Travel Assistants
We are seeking 2-3 outstanding entry-level candidates across a wide range of backgrounds to help us design and execute some of China's most innovative adventure, ecology and culture travel programs. CnAdventure is a challenging place that requires creativity, attention to detail, and solid project management skills. The positions would be based in Beijing. Travel Assistants will work closely in teams to design and execute travel programs for CnAdventure. Travel Assistants will have the opportunity to travel on CnAdventure trips to get a better understanding of what CnAdventure products are like, and in some cases may be called upon to lead trips. Specific related tasks may include, but not limited to:
• Conduct primary and secondary research or exploration to develop or design CnAdventure programs
• Precise understanding requirements of clients and providing customizing travel solutions
• Execute operations of a travel program
• Travel on CnAdventure programs and assist in program execution
• Lead hiking trips of CnAdventure programs
Requirements :
• Passionate about China culture and/or China Geography. Backpacking travel experience around China is preferred. Please have the places you have travel to in China listed if there is.
• Passionate about outdoor activities. Experience in hiking, mountaineering, mountain biking, cycling or rock climbing is preferable.
• Undergraduate degree of English major or relative major from a top tier university. Excellent spoken and written English writing skills (Level 8 or above)
• Good command of computer skills (Microsoft office skills, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with and coordinate different functional units(eg, different culture local suppliers, colleagues in different teams and cross-culture clients) cross-cultural environment
• Well organized working style, accountable, and customer oriented
• Track record of leadership in school activities or previous positions
• Active in social media (like: facebook, twitter, Flicker….) and community activities are preferred
• Working experience in inbound travel agency is preferred.
