In my opinion, there is no difference in the legal system no matter if there is a trial.
I was in jail twenty days ago. I was in jail because I had a conflict with my landlord who rented a room to me. I acted in a rush when he invited a mob to threaten me. I was policed.
After some hesitating, I want to talk about this.
I do not have to talk about my own experience. I only have to tell what I get to know after I released.
I get to know this because I want to know the context of what happened to me.
1. I went to the courtroom. About 10 prisoners (as long as I was there) showing up in a video circut, was told the date of their trial. Can they see the prosecutor, the duty counsel? Can they hear them? I do not think so. Some of them was told that they will be trialed by the circuit.
2. In one of a appeal case, the accused wanted to be sentensed, instead of being put into a psychathic detention centre. He had been sentenced one day of imprisonment. His appeal was dismissed.
3. There were prisoners gunned down by prisoners in the jail.
4. Another case, a female off duty police called 911 because her boyfriend was drunk. The policeman arrived was her classmate in the police academy. After confirmed she was "assulted", the two arrived policeman started to hit hher boy friend with weapon "in order to remove him from a truck". The off duty female(she belong to a different police system) yelled at them and was alleged touched them. She was charged many counts of assulting a police officer, public mischief,and obstructing a police officer. She was convicted. She accqited only in appeal. This case and 2 are not from newspaper nor drama, but from " Singnificant Judgement"
Many of us will never touch that Justice syetem in our live. But If you want to know the real story, you should go to a couthouse to have a look.
I should have a ploice friend, or maybe I should have judge friend. A politian in high place will certainly help. Forfunately I still have friends, and that is why I am still at large.
