外资企业注册登记（含港、澳、台）
进出口贸易的经营范围是国家限制性项目，在上海有地域和数量的限制，其投资须由商务部进行审批，具体注册资金、对华营业额、能否审批以及具体审批期限等请向商务部咨询。
All the above are useless crab.let me know what you are trying to do and I will see if i can help. from what have said,let me just remind you that foreign trading firms are on the list of 限制外商投资产业目录. so don't expect any preferrential treament. It is just "not encouraged" and not "banned", so it is still doable. There are some indian trading firms doing really well in shanghai.
