It doesn't happen on my hotmail accounts. It often happens when logging into a local utility company or a small bank website.
I am not worrying too much about it. Guess their web server is slow. Some web page items are not dynamically generated and transmitted to you instantly.
When a quick typer has started typing, the focus or position of the page gets shifted back to the user id field as the page itself changes.
It still puzzles me why blueSea's setting doesn't solve this annoyance.
