Yes, we have that. Most of the companies will pay a 13 month salary, pls bonus depending on the company performance and individual performances. This could range an amount equivalent to 1-3 months of salary.
退休金,住房公积金,医疗保险,
Those are the government required benifits. A standard US company will pay for that. Housing is a contribution both from you and your company. A nice company will pay about 10-15% for the housing.

Stock option are getting issued to chinese employees. My company had that all way down to line workers/operators. But the actuall share they got were neglegibel (10-20 shares). The higer your position, the more you can get. But those days, how many people give a S*T to that option any more. I know UT Starcom (they are an chinese company taken public in Nasdaq). They also pay motivate their staffs with the option too.
The problem is the local tax office in China may take a big bite from your proceeds from the option exerciese.

Hmmmm.....depending on your expereinces and industry! Most company in the manufacturing world want to pay much more than that (some where between 500-700K RMB for a second line 10 year experiences guy with English proficiency.) Excellent industry to be!

Depends!. Some quarterly, some annually. We do annually.
