I'll be in North-eastern Heibe Prov. this month and I'd like to set up an Internet connection for my relatives there. Currently, CNC offers several XDSL plans, such as 512K (66 RMB/mon.), 1M (86 RMB/mon.), and 2M (111 RMB/mon.). In addition, China Telecom offers a wireless plan is about 200 RMB/mon. (this plan is probably costly for a 100% home user).
Does anyone know a better plan? Are there any "Haiguis" in the area?
