the odds is in favor of them. Lottory never provides decent odds to its buyers.
I don't live in Seattle. I live in Dallas, home to the cowboys 牛仔乡下. I have been to Seattle twice and like the city. But still, I buying and selling property to make money is too much hassle. You have to deal with agents, closing cost, insurance, title, and maintainence..... Stocks and bonds and commodities are much more care-free, so to speak.
The only advantage playing the housing market is that one can borrow 5 - 10 times of money to play with it, and the interest rate is pretty low.
If there is a REIT stock in Thailand, please let me know.
