we must define "qualified men" and "qualified women"
重庆每年有一万人考到外地大学而这些人99%不会回重庆工作, 所以重庆的"qualified men"主要是没什么文化的有钱人.
HOWEVER, 京沪深广是每年人才大量流入, "qualified men"的组成成份同重庆大不相同.
If "qualified women" r defined as the women "qualified men" like, one might ask "like to marry" or "like to have romance with" or "like to go to bed with"?
Also, a typical turtle would have very different taste than those riches without education.
Therefore, the whole thing is much more complicated.
Then the point I was trying to make could be summarized as follows.
In Las Vegas, I could not even invite Julia (former Hyatt Tianjin employee and a marginal girl) for dinner.
During my recent trip to Shenzhen, I was able to invite Amanda (Shangri-La's front desk) for dinner.
In Chongqing, Sherry (Marriott front desk), Shirley (Hilton's front desk), Kathy (Marriott GM's former secretary), Vivian (Holiday Inn GM's secretary) and the likes either frequently call me for dinner or sound very happy to accept my dinner invitation.
