Just curious, why Mill Creek is no good? I saw many condos there, maybe most of them are for rental? Are you familiar with Bellingham? close to Canadian Vancouver/Richmond and 1.5 hours to Seattle airport? I don't have to live by the water as long as close to water. I agree with you that summer time in Seattle is so gorgeous that I could play golf at 9pm!
