According to this hypothesis, the current stock price reflects ALL currently available information. At the time we get to know the information and analyze them, those experts have already known them and taken actions. If people who wrote these arguments really believe what they have written, they must have already bought or sold stocks accordingly, so the price must have changed so that no economic profit can be expected. This implies a good company may not be a good buy, and vice versa.
Besides, there were also experiments in which "specialists" did no better than monkeys in choosing stocks.
FYI ONLY, as this is only a hypothesis.
