First of all, you have to find a person you can trust, meaning you trust his integrity and it is not likely he will betray you.
Secondly, if this idea is rely on the technical people and you are not technical enough to handle all the details, you have to make at least one of them your partner. you have to do that sooner or later.
In the startup stage, I don't see a non disclosure agreement will help you too much, as all you have is an idea. so the key is the people, if you deal with good people you don't need a contract, if you deal with bad people, no contract can protect you.
