your body type, your temporament, the color of your complexion and so on...
it would be a fatal mistake to simply pick whatever looks good on other faces came with other bodies...
if you are tall and thin with long neck, long hair might help you attrack more eye balls, if you are otherwise different kind of attractive, short hair may work for you better....
