Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities:
1.Plan, Staff, Organize and manage Professionals within the Purchasing function. Monitor, lead and direct their efforts to insure the activities are effective and efficient to meet / and exceed individual, Group and Company goals / objectives.
2.Develop and maintain annual expense budgets, capital budgets, capital budgets and other financial plans for the Purchasing Dept. Monitor status of these budgets taking necessary action to control them within established limits.
3.Develop the Subcontractors base, communicate with Suppliers and Subcontrators the needs and requirements of Company. Cost reduction driving by negotiation with vendors.
4.Coordinate with materials & QA to ensure the Supply to meet the demand for day to day business.
5.Reviewing and maintain the SAP system parameter on Purchasing Function, and also need to complete the related report for management's review.
Requirements:
1. 35 years old or above, Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain management or Engineering or related field.
2.Over 5 years managerial / project management experience in Sourcing commodities ( Mechanical, Electronics components , electronics , Metal, Plastic components etc. ) in multinational Manufacturing environment.
3.Working experience in Connector area is perferred
4.Proven leadership abilities and management skill, aggressive and confident.
5.Be analytical with strong problem solving skills, make rational decisions.
6.Good PC skills, Proficient in MRPII or ERP system , SAP experience is preferred.
7.Fluent in Spoken & written English.
8.Open minded , outstanding communication and team worker
