Responsibilities:
§ Report to Manufacture-VP, supervise 4 business teams and 1 production control team, totally 600 employees report to him including managers \supervisor \engineer \operators etc.
§ Plans, administers, and reviews the manufacturing activities of the plant to optimize production, control costs, ensure good housekeeping, and maintain excellent quality of the product
§ Ensuring manufacturing facilities and associates’ behaviors in safe condition.
§ Controlling manufacturing cost and managing budget to meet AOP.
§ Responsible for the daily activities of a manufacturing department.
§ Responsible for development and training of the manufacturing team.
§ Assisting managers in setting targets for AOP implementing plans
§ Identifying, developing, monitoring and enhancing key processes.
§ Identifying and leading cost reduction opportunities, implementing corrective actions
§ Ensuring the group executes the plan to meet compliance standards.
§ Promote safety awareness and ensure 14001 and TS16949 systems and procedures are in place and monitored.
Requirements:
§ Degree or above, preferred majored in Technics \Mechanics \Chemistry \Engineering;
§ 6~8 years work experience in production management at large plant of multinational company; at least 3 years experience at thesame level position;
§ Strong production functional supervisory/leadership management ability;
§ Excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English;
