so called "investors" would hard to predict the next move of the SOE.
in USA, could u believe it would happen, like Exxon to invest in real estate sector? heihei.. so the premium for investing in SOE should be compensated no doubt... just wonder how the feeling of warren buffet is re this new of China Petro.. Laughing
