Job Responsibilities:
•；； Ongoing enhancement of the creative standards.
•；； Development of concepts (content and graphical) and contribution at creative idea finding.
•；； Participation at presentations and decision-meetings with clients.
•；； Supervision / briefing of creative for realization of layouts in final artwork.
•；； Checkup and Review of concepts and layouts.
•；； Development of creative and design concepts.
•；； Development of the information architectures, user interfaces / navigation systems together.
•；； Close contact to the client together with project management within adjustment processes of the creation.
•；； Supervision of the dedicated staff members: responsibility assignment, planning of resources within design division (support of head of creation / project management), quality assurance of content and craft, coaching and further development of creative design / conceptions.
Job Requirements:
•；； Excellent English or Mandarin communication/presentation skills both verbally and in writing.
•；； University degree in design, marketing communication, similar experience or demonstrable ability.
•；； At least 3 years marketing design experience and team management experience.
•；； Experience with internet agency, print and dialogue marketing.
•；； Experience of working international overseas clients.
•；； Good knowledge in new media, dialogue marketing, integrated communication and creative techniques.
•；； Thorough knowledge in exceptional creative concept development and brand management.
•；； Established experience with creative tools: Photoshop Freehand/Illustrator, QXP, Flash (very good knowledge), video-and sound-editing, 3D project knowledge (from pitch via project support to completion).
•；； Highly creative, high degree of self-commitment, ability to work in a team, service and customer oriented, enthusiasm for the interactive technology, flexibility, reliability, ability to work under pressure.
