职位描述及要求
Mission:
> Support and manage trade customer call center transition project in asia pacific region Gather projects requirements, create technical design documentation, and partner with HP internal IT resources or vendors to deliver the projects.
>
> Role and Responsibilities
> As an IT support from HP call center orgnization, you will be responsible for Manage and deliver multiple, independent offshore transition projects throughout Asia Pacific region (Japan, Korea, Great China within proposed budget and timelines. This includes managing of internal and external vendors and ensures compliance to the customer Corporate IT standards and guidelines.
> In project planning stage collect customer requirement and come up with an IT cost structure based on the IT infrastructure design.
> Place IT equipment order based on system design, make sure project timeline is met.
> Manage SLA(Service Level Agreement) with internal and external vendors in delivery of IT service Provide IT technical support in IT setup and testing phases
>
> Qualifications
> The individual would be expected to hold the needed discipline, skills and knowledge:
> 2-3 years IT/Telecom experience working on IT technical support and project management.
> BS degree Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering or similar technical degree Familiar with TCP/IP, Windows Networking and moderate knowledge on telephony (TDM/VoIP).
> Proven project management experience running multiple mid size projects, Moderate problem resolution, identification, and decision-making skills Experience on relational database, particularly MS SQL server CET-6, fluent on spoken.
