Main responsibility:
1. In this position you are expected to manage the overal resource allocation and budget tracking for the whole testing center
2. As a manager you will perform administrative duties for whole testing center including facility management, training, providing career development and conducting regular performance reviews.
3. to maintain current business relationship and expand our business in future, communicate and cooperate with the ITO team and customer team in Singapore and other countries.
Requirements:
1. At least 6 years overall experience in technical development, have the ability to lead a large-size team (more than 100 people) and actual experience, worked in a large MNC company before (at least 3 years)
2. must have good reading, writing, listening and speaking skills of English
3. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to communicate well with the team but also good cooperation with other departments
4. Strong interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skill
5. Strong project management skills
6. Ability to manage, motivate, and develop staff
7. Ability to solve problems under pressure
8. A BA/MS degree in Computer Science or related
