IPO could mean a few things:
1: they are leaving their core TOEFL/GRE prep biz.(need money to expand)
2: lots of small share holders want to cash in (internal management problem)
They have strong cash flow, a recognized name brand, totally controlled share holders, allready dominate the targeted market.
