I look around among Asian community, I see nothing close to that. For older generation of Taiwanese(people who came to America in late 1970s and early 1980s, when Taiwan economy started its long boom), almost 80% stayed in America. The 20% returned because of IT bust in 1990 got them fired in California.
I asked Japanese friends around me, 3 out of 3 secretly admitted that they prefer to stay in America, but their contracts with the gov or their sponsoring companies prevented that.
Journalists back in China has no idea about factual reporting. Just keep on faking up sensational stuff and throw around accusations. Despite the booming economy in China, the labor market is still tight and unskilled young sea turtle can not find well-paid jobs at all. why bother to return.
