Key responsibilities of CFO
• Participate in Group strategy and annual plan design, lead to establish the mid and long-term financial plan
• Track and analyze macroeconomic and financial policies, supervision rules, and propose business development suggestion
• Establish the Group financial management policies, rules and process, control the financial risk
• Establish the annual financial plan and provide internal and external financial reporting
• Lead the annual budgeting process and propose profit distribution plan
• Cash flow management. Build the financing platform, arrange internal and external resources, propose financing policy and approach and execute the financing decision
• Participate in the decision making of market expanding policy of new business
• Participate in the M&A events and provide analytic report of target company, participate in the M&A negotiation and push the combination of accounting policy, lead to establish new financial information system
• Monitor the Group business operation, provide financial analysis results and suggestions
• Build and keep good relationship with bank HQs, government and other financial institutions
• Lead IPO related financial work
Job Qualification of CFO and Target Compensation Range
• Minimum of five years working experience as Financial Dept. Manager or above financial management executive role in HQ of medium to large size commercial bank
• Or more than 2 years working experience as CFO of medium size financial institution
• Experience in IPO
• Familiar with financing tools and channels, with experience in financing or negotiation on strategic cooperation
• Bachelor Degree or above
• 35 years old or above
• Financial relevant education background or certification (CPA; Accounting, Economic Major; MBA)
• Good English skills
