• Participate in Group strategy and annual plan design
• Establish investment policy according to Group strategy, review investment management rules and key process
• Review annual investment plan and supervise the execution
• Review and evaluate important investment projects
• Evaluate the execution of important projects
• Track the macroeconomic environment and supervision policies, explore new investment opportunities and high potential projects
Job Qualification of CIO
• Minimum of eight years working experience in investment area, with experience as Sr. Investment Manager or CIO in medium to large size financial institution, or as Investment Dept. Manager or above investment management executive role in HQ of medium to large size enterprise
• Experience in equity investment
• 30 years old or above
• Master Degree or above
