Position Title: Lean Sigma Program Manager
Hiring Manager: Roc Tian/China/IBM
ba<x>se work location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
•Lead the overall Global Delivery China Center’s Lean Sigma Program and deploy in GDC’s different sites including SH, DL, CD and SZ.
•Develop and maintain Lean Sigma training/coaching/certification program by aligning with IBM GBS strategy
•Foster Black Belt, Green Belt, White Belt with aggressive goals to reduce the cost
•Identify the improvement projects by engaging with sponsors
•Play the SPOC role with WW Delivery Excellent team/GD Bother Centers from Lean Sigma deployment
•Establish the mentor mechanism to coach and track BB/GB projects performance
•Build the delivery excellence culture by promoting Lean Sigma methodologies
•Perform Program Management Reviews with Senior management leaders
Qualifications:
•At least 10 years IT Software Development or Outsourcing experiences.
•At least 3 years people manager experiences
•At least 3 years direct project management experiences
•At least 2 years direct SQA or PPQA experiences
•Familiar with Lean Sigma and 6 Sigma methodologies, Black Belt or candidate Black Belt is required.
•Familiar with CMM/CMMI or ISO20000, ISO27001 standards.
•Good communication and leadership skills.
•Skillful in both verbal and written English
•PMP certification is advantage, Japanese language is advantage
•Experienced in software delivery process improvement, a SEPG experience is advantage.
