Roles and Responsibility:
1. Drives the field system consultant/technical sales rep. team to meet or exceed all enterprise objectives through the effective management of account executives, inside teams, and other resources.
2. Helps coordinate operations and manage the new product technical relationship between inside and field sales personnel.
3. Attracts, develops, and retains high-performing Systems Consultants.
4. Responsible for quota setting for enterprise business (Storage/Servers) at the team/individual level.
5. Tactically lead enterprise sales for field organization.
6. Drive strategic account management and pipeline development.
7. Lead team's business acumen and customer knowledge.
Qualifications
Requirements:
1.Good sense in sales and marketing
2. Good communication/interpersonal skill is must-have.
3. 3-5 years of people management working experience including team building, developing and remote report management.
4. 7 years above working experience in IT field
5. 3-5 years of sale/pre-sales experience focusing on international companies, understand the operation model and the requirements of these kinds of company.
6. Strong understanding of the enterprise business and customer industry climate.
7. Strong focus on customers and building appropriate Enterprise solutions.
8.. Able to communicate strategic direction of Enterprise products/service offerings and how they relate to the assigned segment.
9. Fluent oral and written English.
10. Roles in multiple businesses preferred
