Marketing Manager
location:xiamen

Develop&Implement product management strategy forEnterpriseproducts. Goal is to introduce, sustain, support and transition Enterprise Group products in a seamless, sales orientated fashion focused on attainment of key market growth, revenue and profitability goals.

1. Product Marketing&Management Objectives:

Business Owner forEnterpriseBranded Products
Responsible for CHK Enterprise product performance (Units, Revenue, Margin, PRU, PMU)
Coach PMM's to provide weekly updates, guidance on performance and action plans to align with quarterly financial and growth goals
Coach PMM's to provide quarterly product strategy updates and advise on programs to enable unit, revenue and profitability growth
Own quarterly forecast guidance to segment aligning strategic growth and financial goals

New Product Introduction
Own and drive the launch planning process and transition management for new product launches.
Responsible for developing and executing transition strategies and minimizing material exposure
Responsible for generating and driving marketing plans, SMARTS readiness, service readiness, pricing readiness and sales/ASG readiness for launch
Manage Product MSP&Input for Factory Programs
Responsible for 4-quarter MSP outlook and accuracy, providing monthly segment guidance
Responsible to provide guidance on product planning&sustaining activities (Block releases) to ensure effective programs execution
Approval on Mods Lists, own SMARTS Descriptions and attach rate guidance for procurement and programs teams
Provide segment input on regulatory/localization/engineering requirements at weekly [APCC/CCC] programs meetings

Manage Escalations and Closure on D&S/Quality issues
Assisting QA and D&S manage communications to brand&sales on PFR/IFIR issues
Manage closure of [product] information requests/ escalations from Sales/ASG
Communicate 911 or Shortage situations on platforms to Sales/ASG&Management

Regional Product Champion forEnterpriseproducts
Product Champion internally and externally for Analyst, Media, Customer events - [Note Corp Comm approval required for media]
Assist Sales/Brand/Segment Marketing to championEnterpriseproducts at large customer or roadshow events
Champion and support regional training programs and segment training requests
Provide timely updates to sales/ASG teams as required on enterprise products.
Supports development of Sales/ASG tools
Provide input on content and/or develop Sales&Competitive tools for Enterprise Branded products.
Customer Positioning Tools, Sales Training tools, ASG Training tools, Competitive Analysis Tools, Upsell Guides, ESG Sales Kit, Product Collaterals, Update information in xLOB collaterals, NDA Customer Roadmap information, Internet Site Accuracy, Intranet site maintenance

Pricing&Marcom Strategy
Ensure pricing is optimal for growth, revenue and profitability targets
Work with pricing teams to ensure accurate competitive positioning&upsell pricing
Advise segment Brand on Marcom Pricing strategies
Responsible for Playbook descriptions of key platform Mods
