S/D Manager (C1) CKC
Principal Accountabilities
•； Develop analysis to help drive the Master Sales Plan (MSP) Process
•； Chair monthly MSP Interlock Call
•； Work with product teams / brand teams to provide forecast guidance on estimated units&financials goals
•； Consolidate and roll-up APJ MSP Forecast, working with the regional COCs, Brand/Segment&pricing teams to ensure their input is represented prior to submission
•； Track APJ performance to MSP Forecast, understand&communicate issues&challenges within the extended team to determine corrective actions
•； Continuously improving MSP Forecast Accuracy by analyzing ways / areas of improvement
•； Support regional COC's on specific strategic projects with in-depth analysis of both the market and Dell's product/business performance within a given region to identify&correct issues
•； Support risk assessment management in terms of APJ Transitioning Planning with analysis / advice to scope&size product gaps / opportunities for APJ to create appropriate business proposal / action
•； Become central point on internal reporting infrastructure capabilities. Investigate&architect metrics/reports/models to support key business initiatives providing CoC Ops management with a solid view of progress on key activities. Ensure reporting team can implement and maintain above on an on-going basis
Required Education&Experience
•； Bachelor's degree or equivalent； Master Qualification is an added advantage
•； Preferably candidate with Statistical background
•； Ideally 2-4 yrs of business analysis or pricing experience in IT industry
•； Strong knowledge of excel / access / dbase mgmt is an added advantage
•； Strong analytical&conflict resolution skills
•； Strong cross-functional relationship is critical
•； Strong organizational and planning skills
•； Excellent presentation and influencing skills
•； Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
•； Able to work independently and under pressure
