Personnel management responsibilities:
- Developing skill set to adequately support projects
- Recruiting new hires based on business needs
- Performance reviews, etc.
Ensuring adequate staff availability and staffing of projects
Ownership for cost center
Interfacing with R&D Departments of the other development sites, production sites, the business units, test equipment vendors, etc.
Strong involvement in planning for test equipment and ensuring in time availability
Advising & supporting the team leaders
Requirements:
Technical or scientific education
>4 years of experience in product engineering and/or test process engineering
Experience in managing a Department leadership experience desired
High grade of flexibility
Highly motivated and engaged
Good communication skills
