Senior Consultant-Corporation Strategy

Client: One of the world’s largest Management and Technology Consulting companies dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.

Location: Shanghai, Beijing

Description:
-Around 5-year (at least over 4-year) working experience in management consulting company or strategy consulting company
-Focus on corporate strategy and business strategy development, process and organization design as plus
-Have experiences on leading proposal development and project management.

Job Responsibilities
-With P&L responsibility for the area of their management;
-Responsible for managing moderately large or complex assignments.
-Assist business development team with writing and presenting proposal for moderately large or complex projects;
-Have moderate to heavy contact with middle and senior level executives at the client;
-Supervise and review work of less experienced personnel and provide training;
-Manage and lead the project team to ensure opportune and quality delivery to clients.

Job Requirement
-With an expertise or comprehensive knowledge of particular technical specialty or industry;
-With proven project management skills;
-Good written and verbal English language skills and excellent communication skills;
-Be willing to travel in China and oversea.
